FOB Friends On Board cruises, the company that created the OlympicFOB.com website, offers its services subject to the following terms of use, which the visitor/user of the website’s pages is called upon to read carefully and to only proceed to visit/use the OlympicFOB.com pages/services if he/she fully accepts them.

INTRODUCTION
FOB Friends On Board cruises provides to the visitors/users of the OlympicFOB.com website a broad collection of services, pages, options and/or references, including various communication tools, electronic venues of mass user access and communication, and services/pages of a personal nature and content. Both the current services and any new services which may be included in OlympicFOB.com shall all be subject to these terms of use, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once the account is created, it cannot be deleted.

MEMBER ETHICS
It is mutually accepted and understood that, despite the fact that OlympicFOB.com provides its users/members with the necessary technological infrastructure and the means to post/publish content, all the information, data, texts, graphics, photos, images, music files, videos, messages and all the content either publicly posted or privately transferred, remain the sole responsibility of the natural person or legal entity this content derives from. This means that the user/member is solely responsible for all and any content he/she posts, publishes, sends, transfers or otherwise renders available through the services of OlympicFOB.com. It is not possible for OlympicFOB.com, due to its volume, to screen all of the content posted by its users/members in the website’s services, and therefore it does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, legitimacy, or quality of such content. In case OlympicFOB.com receives notification that any content causes pain and suffering or other damage to a third party, it reserves the right to proceed to the immediate deletion of this content and also to interrupt the operation of the account of the user/member who violates the terms in this document.

3. Pretend to be any legal entity or natural person, or make a false statement as to the identity of the user/member, or make a misleading statement regarding the relation and/or cooperation between the user/member and another legal entity or natural person.

5. Post, publish, send, transfer or use another method to install content by a person who does not have the right to distribute the content in question by law or on the basis of a relationship of confidentiality.
6. Post, publish, send, transfer or use another method to install software or content in any form (text, image, sound, video, animation) which violates any intellectual property rights held by any agency (including trade secrets).
7. Post, publish, send, transfer or use another method to install spam or junk advertisements or other product promotion content, to send out junk mail and unsolicited e-mails, and any other form of proactive content forwarding.
8. Post, publish, send, transfer or use another method to install and/or promote and/or distribute content which contains digital viruses or any other electronic code, files or programmes designed to jam, destroy or limit the operation of any computer software or equipment or of telecommunications equipment.
9. Jam the services or distract the services or servers or networks which are connected to the OlympicFOB.com services, or disregard the conditions, procedures and rules of use of those networks.
10. Break, intentionally or not, any local, national, EU, international law, and/or any rule which has legislative force and which concerns and/or covers any service by OlympicFOB.com.
11. Violate in any way the privacy and the civil and social rights of other users/members (such as by collecting and/or storing the personal data of other users/members).
The OlympicFOB.com user/member understands and accepts that OlympicFOB.com does not carry out a preliminary control on content, but that OlympicFOB.com and its relevant associates have a right (and not an obligation) to exclusively choose to refuse to post/publish or move or delete any content distributed via OlympicFOB.com services. In addition, OlympicFOB.com and its relevant associates reserve the right to delete any content which violates these terms of use. The user/member understands and accepts that he/she must assess and be responsible for any risk which may be involved in the use of any content, including any decision by him/her to rely on the correctness, integrity and/or usefulness of any content. In this respect, the user/member understands and accepts that he/she cannot rely on the content created by OlympicFOB.com or posted on it, including the information distributed on OlympicFOB.com, on the users‘ homepages and on all the other OlympicFOB.com services.
The user/member understands and accepts the international nature of the Internet and commits to respect and faithfully abide by the local ethics rules of each state. Specifically, the user/member commits to faithfully abide by the legislation regarding the transmission of data from Greece and Europe to third countries.

AUTHORISATION FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES
The user/member who makes use of the services of OlympicFOB.com to post and/or publish information, data, texts, graphics, photos, images, music files, videos, messages, authorises OlympicFOB.com, for as long as this content is part of OlympicFOB.com services, to use the space where the content has been posted for advertising purposes. Moreover, the user/member who posts and/or publishes information, data, texts, graphics, photos, images, music files, videos, messages, consents to the posting and/or publication of advertisements by OlympicFOB.com on the relevant pages/services.

DAMAGE - COMPENSATION
The OlympicFOB.com user/member understands and accepts that he/she is solely responsible to compensate OlympicFOB.com and its associates for any litigation which may arise between him/her and third parties due to the content that he/she provides for posting, publication or other transfer through the OlympicFOB.com services.

COMMENCEMENT - INTERRUPTION OF THE OPERATION OF SERVICES
OlympicFOB.com reserves the right to modify and/or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, part or whole of its services, with or without warning to the users/members.
BEWARE: The member account shall be deleted automatically after 6 months of non-use of any service elapse. After the deletion, the OlympicFOB.com User ID is released, and can subsequently be committed by any new member.

DURATION
The user/member understands and accepts that OlympicFOB.com reserves the exclusive right to interrupt the use of the password(s) to its services and/or to interrupt the availability of its content to the users/members it believes have violated the letter and the spirit of these terms of use.

ADVERTISING
OlympicFOB.com has no responsibility for the communication of the user/member with the third-party service providers who are advertised on OlympicFOB.com and for any possible commercial transaction which may arise from the relationship between them.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS – BRANDS

OlympicFOB.com reserves the right to modify, at any time and without warning, the amount of storage space for the content it provides through its services to the users/members. The users/members understand and accept that OlympicFOB.com reserves the right to deactivate e-mail accounts which remain inactive by the users/members for a long time (longer than 6 months).

DISCUSSION GROUPS (FORUMS)
OlympicFOB.com provides to its visitors/users the possibility to develop their own message boards, giving them also the possibility to take part in the discussion on message boards which have been created by other users by sending written messages. OlympicFOB.com visitors/users have an obligation to abide by the rules of good form and decency and not proceed to illegal or vulgar wording. Any provision of the above terms which may become contrary to the law shall by right cease to apply and be removed from this document, without this affecting in any way the validity of the remaining terms. No amendment of these terms shall be taken into account and constitute part of this agreement if it has not been phrased in writing and incorporated therein.

It is determined that the courts relevant to rule on any difference between the visitor/user of the OlympicFOB.com services and FOB Friends On Board cruises shall be the courts of Athens.
