INTRODUCTION
This Personal Data Protection contract covers all the personal data of the visitors / users / members which FOB Friends On Board cruises collects during the visiting and using of the services and pages of the OlympicFOB.com website. In addition, this contract covers the conditions for the collection, processing and management of the personal data of visitors / users / members by OlympicFOB.com to any companies which may be associated to it. Under no circumstances does this contract cover the relationship between the OlympicFOB.com visitors / users / members and any services which are not subject to the control and/or property of OlympicFOB.com.
Given the Internet’s nature and volume, under no circumstances, including the case of negligence, shall OlympicFOB.com be responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor / user of the pages, services, options and content of OlympicFOB.com proceeded to on his/her own initiative and being aware of the terms in this document.

USER PAGES (HOMEPAGES)
OlympicFOB.com has absolutely no responsibility for the content which is posted and/or published by users / members on their personal pages (Homepages). Other users / members visit these homepages at their own responsibility. If OlympicFOB.com receives notification that the content on one or more of the homepages it hosts causes injury to third parties and/or violates the personal data of third-party persons, it reserves the right to proceed immediately and without warning to delete the relevant pages and/or the user/member who proceeded to the relevant posting and/or publication. APPLICABLE LAW
The management and protection of the personal data of the OlympicFOB.com services visitor/ user is subject to the terms of this section as well as to the relevant provisions of Greek law (L. 2472/1997 for the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data as completed by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of L. 2819/2000 as well as L. 2774/1999 and EU law (Directives 95/46/EC and 97/66/EC). These terms are phrased taking into account both the rapid evolution of technology and more specifically of the Internet, as well as the existing - even though not fully developed - complex of legal provisions regulating these issues. In this framework, any eventual relevant provision shall be the object of this section. In any case, OlympicFOB.com reserves the right to change the terms of personal data protection after informing the visitors/users and within the existing or even the eventual legal framework. It is determined that the courts relevant to rule on any difference between the visitor/user of the OlympicFOB.com services and FOB Friends On Board cruises shall be the courts of Athens.
